Position

Reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the management team, this position's primary responsibility is promoting and implementing human resource values by planning and managing humanresources programs. He or she also contributes to the overall company strategy and policy making by advising the management on the personnel and/or human resource implications of its decisions.The role requires effective and inspiring, self-driven mindset and job attitude. HR manager will be responsible for creating and executing HR strategy, in line with the company vision and targets.

Responsibilities

HRM Strategy and organizational development

  • Together with the company management team and HQ management team, designing and implementation of HR strategy
  •  Development, implementation, adaptation of company internal acts
  • Human resources development
  •  Analyzing and defining development needs of the employees
  •  Organizing and conducting training and development initiatives
  •  Designing and coordinating mentoring and knowledge management programs
  • Performance management system implementation
  •  Implementation and monitoring of PM and reward system in line with HQ practices
  •  Creating performance improvement plans and crisis intervention in terms of performance, as needed
  • Recruitment, talent acquisition and management
  •  Analyzing and defining recruitment needs
  •  Responsible for conduction of selection processes, end-to-end
  •  Active candidate search through different recruitment channels

    Qualifications
  • This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual with already gained experience on similar positions.
  • The candidate should demonstrate a passion to work in HRM area, and demonstrated ability to work independently, with very low supervision. Specific requirements include:
  •  University degree in Psychology.
  • Two years of experience on similar positions, preferably IT industry.
  • Familiar with labor law provisions.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Result orientation & self-driven attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
  • Tact and sensibility.
  • Proven ability to drive the performance culture within the organization.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strongly effective communicator in verbal and writing.
  • English is mandatory.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and practices.
  • Demonstrates commitment to continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and inputs.
  • Ability to effectively perform in an environment of constant change.
  • Experience in organization development and change management.
